There's absolutely nothing to like here. Don't take it as a corporate sell out rant. As terrible are its employee policies, so are the management taking unusual initiatives.

Don't take it as a corporate sellout rant. As terrible are the company's conduct and policies for the employees, so are the people managing the teams. Its definitely a great companies for non- ambitious morons who are most likely to to get rejected in the first rounds itself trying for A- Tier Companies. Some teams and their leads are the most disoriented, talentless nut jobs who seriously lack accountability and the basic sense of working in a company. Don't believe me? Get onboard random ex employees and listen to their tales. Pathetic. You still can get a fair idea of their nonsensical typical mindsets as they levy a monthly charge from the salaries of 700-1200/- for even the laptops they give out to the employees (mandatorily), which the employees cannot even opt out of. Think of it. Led by people coming up with corporate jargons that they wouldn't be able to fit their ideologies with. Everything Good but improvement less, 9 hours working time, 10 to 15 minutes late duty so punctuality missing, quality work missing, management's activities less, No ISO education class, No training class, etc.
