NONE. Very toxic. Please do not join this company as HR and Managers are a team together to torture the employees. They would not mind in hiring and firing. They have everything on a trial run basis. Trust me for healthy and balance work life stay away from this company as much as possible. My biggest regret of life is joining this company.

Dislikes

Pod leads HR have a very good rapport to understand and target employees. no resources will be given to work. start up from past 4 years, not at all growing and in some locations since its virtual working they would rip the employee happiness by monitoring even if you go for bio break. A big no to this company.
