Dislikes

Work spills over due to the nature of the role. Sometimes not ideal especially if you are preparing for exams as personal time takes a toll.

Collaborative team - The people here are very helpful and let you learn. I tried my hand at many things within the function. Experienced management - My manager was very seasoned from the industry. He helped me learn a lot and I continue to be in touch with him even afterwards. Founders know their thing - I used to find it quite inspiring to work very closely with the founders. Dislikes

Work pressure got to me. I wanted to contribute a lot to the company but there was as much as I could do. I wish the team is patient to folks who are new to the industry especially since they operate in a niche.
