Highly pressurized working situation at any time, work culture like if 5-10 min not getting response from the person who is available in in company directly call to next person even it time in midnight time or the person is on emergency leave, Low pay scales, Academic qualification give importance than professional qualification forsalary, perks and promotion, Bell curve rating system. Excellent Technical Skills. Customer oriented approach. On-time delivery with quality.

Dislikes

Frequent movement to site from HO base to where projects are being executed. Resource is not dedicated to projects, resource is transferred frequently as per priority of projects. Lack of EPC expertise personnel to execute the job.
