Likes

Management systems and policies are very good and effectively maintained. Learning and development is one main key factor that L&T focus on for the development of Employee and mutually for the growth of the Organization. On time salary for Employees and good work environment.

Dislikes

Recognition is one thing missing here. Appropriate benefits are not availed on time and Employee essential needs are not identifiied, considered and no periodical interaction with Employees to know their Job satisfaction after joining.

Work Details

I have worked in many Projects all over the UAE. I worked with different Project teams and had chance to merge with many new team which helped me lot to develop myself in managing the Projects.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
