L&T Transporation Infrastrcuture values the staff contribution and efforts and promotes the team builing. Work culture of the organization is execellent , adeqaute importance is given for the regular training & skill development . Lastly it is pertinent that comapany is great on paychecks.

Dislikes

There are few on which on top is work life balance. It is 12 hrs . Secondary point would be the extensive chellenging and demanding work schedules at times when the targets are slipped and delayed . We understand this is requirement of the industry regarding mitigation . however feel that this may be smoothen.

I am currently posted in Patna, we are building the world's longest extradosed Bridge {kacchidargah- Bidupur Six lane Bridge, Patna]. I am looking after the Planning and control of the bridge.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology and give training accordingly. Company culture is good The project is of JV and at difficult location and we have to manage the site activities related to HR. Its constantly growing and changing
