Terrible work-life balance. Senior management was stingy, pathetic and incompetent. They were there to keep their arses safe by putting juniors in the line of fire. Misguide about job security by senior's. In 4000mw Qerreyya power project, my role was important, Any third party investing angency can enquire my contribution. L&T SNL management should know why my Increasement was stopped for three year, In that based my job was gone.
