L&T gives oppourtunity to work in various infrastructure projects like residential buildings, commericial buildings, factories, hospitals, airports, defence, ports, power plants, highways, bridges, metros etc. Such exposure is difficult in other firms. L&T has been conducting some scholarship programme like build india scholarship . Its a sponsored MTech programme from IIT's NIT's and executive MBA's from IIM A and SPJAIN. Even during covid times company has awalys supported employees with timely salaries and effective insurance policies. Work Details

I am excited to work after my masters in b&f . I had been working in planning department and project controls from past 9 years.I got oppourtunity to work in elite housing , mass housing, commericial IT building projects.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

A culture where Quality & Safety of staff are the parameters that are given priority. Management always focus on growth from all perspective and the action percolates down to the execution level. The benefits and allowances are par apart and few of them are unique in the industry.

Dislikes

Long working hours and little work life balance makes things difficult in this era from sustainability & retention point of view

Overall HR portfolio with lot of stakeholder management and coordination. Handling employee entry to exit as well as employer branding and external connects excites me continue my work
