Very good HR policy. A lots of benefits you will get if u r a permanent employee and if u r a manager will get more and more benifits. No one can debit a single money from ur benifits as per the strong HR policy. Company will provide a number of training programme to increase the knowledge. If you have less technical knowledge, No problem, everyone will support you if u have that much of dedication towards the progress with safety and quality. L&T Brand name is sufficient in market. From last 14 yr of experience in L&T saying, every month before month end ( Before 2 days of month end) getting the salary. If 28th is the holiday or 27th is the holiday, you will get the salary on 26th. Getting all type of medical facilities (Domiciliary/Hospitalised) including self, family, kids, father and mother. Company will support you along with your family in every emergency- This is the culture of L&T typical boss.If your are hard working, good dedication towards works- no one will left, So strong job security....Read More

No time for personal as minimum 12 hr you have to give for the job. Yearly appraisal system is very bad, if your boss required more oiling except less work. That is the bad luck for the staff if you boss is like this. In some of the project site, New Persons or unprofessional persons comming as a project leader, who doesn't know the L&T Culture ( Staff facility or Staff entertainment) except the work and destroying the company name as they have the power....Read More
