Other colleagues in the company were good, always helpful, helped in any scenarios if you're stuck into. Some of the Senior management was also good, always listened to the problems we faced while working on the product.

Dislikes

The founder and co-founder level members were never understanding, they were like Jackals, when you join the company, they behave very nice, after 2-3 months of work, they will start showing off their real identity, they are owning the company, but doesn't behave like a boss. Never appreciated with the work you do, Always complaining, If you re lacking into something, they will just blackmail you for firing you from the company, but will never give you the points where you can improve. Always back-biting about the employee to others and always lie in front of you. Also, there won't be any fun activity in the company to give the employee any relaxation from work.
