Nothing, A family owned company, the owner treats staff as animals, he calls good staff when he needs and as the project gets over, he kicks them out of company in a week. Already breaking the law by making the workshift of 11 hours, more to it, he stands at gate on the leaving time and whoever leaves on time, he give them additional work and force to overtime everyday.
