All department are very poor, no transparency, short minded people at top level, they don’t pay salary with the reason client not paying but they get the money from them. Very poor management no honesty and they don’t understand what employees go through their turmoil life. Very sadist.

Immediate leave approval was only thing which was somewhat positive.

I hope this message reaches the freshers who are in search of a job...During the interview process, this company CEO told us that the training period will be only for 3 months and depending on the performance, you can even finish it in one and a half months...But everything were only false promises. The company has no proper planning or trainers to guide the new trainees...They will keep changing their words day by day...One day, they will tell to learn angular, the next day it will be react and so on...You have to submit the original degree certificates with them and work for 12-13 hours daily with a very low salary like a slave for 2 years...There wont be any appraisals and they will put 1000 rules just to give some performance appraisal...There is no job security or guaranteed here...FRESHERS PLEASE BE AWARE !!!...Read More
