Timely salary. Good support during transition of client site and timely salary during bench period. Exit process was smooth like relieving letter, experience letter and clearance of dues.

Dislikes

No appraisal. Very less salary offered. Despite having more than 4 years of experience, I was getting only 4k extra monthly salary than Fresher. Don't know what logic they have applied. They should offer salary as per standard based on experience rather than using last salary as a salary reducing tool. Left this organization only because of very less salary, because I felt cheated when came to know about salary difference between a fresher and the 4 years experienced person. Even Smaller companies offer way more better salary according to experience....Read More
