The only thing they understand is sales. Pathetic leadership, pathetic HR some good people whom they milk for small stuff. They tend to show growth by standing at bank branches, asking them to do a 10 rupees SIP to show the SIP numbers and give a mug as a gift. Do not understand any other way to increase growth. Abuse startups doinggood work left right and center, if you try to explain something or do an analysis wrt to a competitor, they will not listen at all. Brilliant experience of working with this great organization where hardwork, people with growth mindset & right attitude are recognized on great platform. Exposure to showcase your work to senior management is brilliant, I don't think I would ever get this opportunity anywhere else where my work is recognized among the leadership team of Kotak Cherry. Every function be it Business, tech, HR is extremely approachable including seniors of respective function. You get indepth exposure of whatever you are doing. I highly recommend to join this fantastic place.
