The team-mates are really good and always encourage collaboration. They are quite competitive and raise the bar always in their work but the management really sucks.

Dislikes

It's long list but the highlights are: Leadership doesn't have any idea about what they are building and Is there any market for it. Everyone is trying to cover themselves up and safeguard their respect in front of leadership. The worst thing is the culture it has turned to as it feels like colonial India where, the elites have their own gathering.
