I have started my IT journey with this company. For the last 4 months, I've not been part of this company, but the overall experience was good. As I mentioned above Skill development was a major factor here.

Dislikes

Requirements gathering from client handling were not proper. E.g. the Company is building one product for the past 2 years (Before COVID) which should be delivered within a few months only but due to frequent requirements changes and instability product is still not deliverable.
