Rest everything is terrible. You don't get paid on time and are constantly reminded that you are a contractual and can be dismissed any time. Work pressure is more compared to permanent job holders.

During Covid-19 it gave me engagement for 8 months when no institution or school was capable to assign a job on a handsome salary. But it's provision of termination is highly objectionable because it doesn't assure employment for a certain period and give even a day more to continue in job after coming a person permanent either by transfer or by recruitment against the contractual. Dislikes

There is no security of job even a single day in the following circumstances- 1. When a permanent faculty comes either by transfer or by recruitment against contractuals, 2. Principal is whole in sole and a contractual may or may not survive with or without the grace of of the Principal. 3. Students of I'll mentalities whenever complain unwantedely may also a cause of termination.

Work Details

Here at KV a contractual is only assigned for teaching and checking copies, giving and checking HW,conducting exams and sometimes class teaching in absence of class teacher but no role in decision making.
