During the entire lockdown since March 2020, office staff has to come to office alternate days and after lockdown-2, daily in the office for at least 2-3 hours. Salary to all the employees has been paid during the period of lockdown.

Dislikes

In the absence of LDC, UDC has to do the work of LDC including his work and in the absence of UDC, ASO has to do all the work of UDC including his work. Many times, office staff has to work beyond office hours, sometimes including holidays, but there is no reward for it. There is no scope of overtime allowance in Kendriya Vidyalayas. One has to maintain work-life balance while working in KV.

Work Details

My work is to maintain the accounts work. But in the absence of LDC, all his work is also to be done by me. In the absence of any office staff, the senior has to be perform all the work as there is no provision to take office staff on contractual basis.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
