Horrible pay, fake appraisals are conducted & when you are eagerly waiting for your hike letter they say, "sorry, we can't provide you an increment this year because of bad economy, Microsoft is laying off, at least we're letting you stay". No growth here & no compensation for your hard work. Regardless of whether you are in a project or not, you won't be paid well. They keep giving employees false hopes. Lots of money is spent by the company on parties & events. Company is more into marketing than actual work. Poor management by the company. Testers are constantly overhired & fired. They don't know what they're doing & what they need. Many are slowly leaving or planning to leave the company. Wouldn't recommend kairos technologies to anyone unless they have been unemployed for a long time & to those who feel something is better than nothing....Read More
