"Flow of information' is the main area i must say, its from top to bottom, and yes salary is less as compare to other players in the industry.

Work policy: Work stars at 10 in the morning and it ends at 9:30 or sometime 10 in the evening, though it's a marketing profile so we get time to have food at home
