Job security is good, once you complete training. Not a big fan of this company culture. Management is not very much supportive of employees. Policies are not good.

Dislikes

Company culture is very bad. Culture is not employee friendly leading to bad attrition rate. Very childish kind of culture asking employees to send lunch in/ out mails daily. Even if you and your team complete the work by EOD you have to wait simply till all the other teams finish their work even without any dependency. Giving timelines for work daily is very pathetic (feels like school timetable) . Even if you have no work/less work for the day, you will be allocated work from any old completed project with time schedule and asked to work (Dont know why such strange policy here). You will have no exposure like email communications or discussions with peers of same category except than your manager in the office (Very strange again). Work Details

Role is very good and you will have deep knowledge especially if you are a fresher. If the above cultural difference is not a big deal then you can join.
