Dear all, I was an assistant manager at Jana small finance bank Bhatapara i want to share a true experience what i get in jana bank. bank is good in the way of group loans what they do for poor people. But to employees it is a worst bank,no work-life balance uh have to work here from morning 8 am to 10 pm. No sunday no holiday n no leave. They are also work in holidays. My sister was pregnant n she need to some imp checkup. One day i ask for 2 days leave to go with her in other state n nobody was there in mh family who could go with her. But they did not approve mh leave only cause i applied last night at 12.00 withoud their permisson. N they said if i want leave i have to resign first. They pressurised me to resign. I did. After that i have tried to tell them. Even talked with my line manage,HR to all those person who could help me. I wasrequesting to them kindly reject my resignation i want to work here for mh career growth n also for my family cause i was the only earning person of my family.my father has been passed away. i did not have any other job. But they rejected my resignation withdrwal apllication. Now i am a jobless person n my family is suffering from painful financial condition. When i am going for interview other company asking for work experience n why did you left jana. If i say all the reasons to them they nvr give any opportunity once to prove myself.
