It's been more than 1 year in ISSC. One of the standout features of ISSC is its commitment to supporting employees' growth through statutory audits. These audits not only ensure compliance with regulations but also provide valuable learning opportunities. Personally, I've found them to be incredibly beneficial for expanding my knowledge and skills in a practical way. The emphasis on such audits reflects the company's dedication to maintaining high standards while also investing in the development of its employees. However, it's not all about work at ISSC. The company understands the importance of downtime and offers a variety of fun activities to help employees unwind and recharge. I have been working in ISSC for more than 2 years now as an manager. The opportunities and learning in ISSC at all levels is immense. The team here is highly talented and with the kind of culture ISSC have, integration in the team becomes very easy. In the past 2 years I have witnessed growth both within the company and personally.
