The work culture, and management are very good. However since it is a small organization the management is always in a rush I feel. Also, there are very less incentive opportunities. As a fresher, this is great place to start your career in corporate in but there is no professionalism I feel. They believe in building connections andfamily which is good in the start but after a point of time it is not very suitable to run for a long time. There are no growth opportunities. They are not understanding that providing only 1 course will not be beneficial to the other employees who are working for the same. It is not helping in any way. Dislikes

No opportunities for growth, no proper method of onboarding/offboarding, biaseness, no proper introduction in the induction, no knowledge of terms and conditions applied. Do as they want and please, can change methods and regulations as and when they want. Not at all recommended to experienced people.
