Hello Guys.... There is no proper management in the bank ... I am working as a marketing officer in this bank since September 2021 ... I didn't get any training here for my work... No proper information provided for my Job .. Still I didn't receive my welcome kit .. MY CUG sim card... My ID Card n my visiting card ... There is very poor management... I think no one is educated there in indusind bank ... My Manager he don't know anything about The system i.e Prodcredit,tab log in, Pact entry etc .. even he don't know how to write a mail ... Just they are recruiting the people who have fake degrees... My manager who became a hub head since 3 months I don't know on what basis he got promotion and he is Hub head... His English is very Poor.... Even he don't understand the English...... Business executive gets 2k-4k incentive where the collection executive gets 18k incentive... There top level to bottom level management' is very poor .. there Working condition... There software are not updated... More than 10 hours we are working here n only 11 k salary we get ...
