Igcc has a good working environment..igcc offers flexible timing for their employees.. Employees are working from home die to covid-19 panda mic...igcc keeps us abreast about the current scenario/suitation.

They have best leave system.

Dislikes

No work life balance in Finance. You have to work till 7 pm from 9 am and then work from home from 10 pm to 12 pm also need to work on almost every weekends.
