1) 8 working hours per day. 2) Less pressure but it depends on the project. 3) If you have zeal in you to do certifications and once you qualified then they will reimburse your certification fee. 4) they will sponsor for team lunch quarterly and also conduct a cricket match yearly once. 5) HR manager is very friendly and easy accessible.

1) Rotational shifts will effect your routine. 2) less options in cafeteria. 3) No fun in fun friday.

Despite promotions salary growth is stagnant and often requires negotiation, leading to potential negative marks. Management is lacking, with prevalent office politics and tendency to favour a less skilled individuals over more competent ones. Voicing concerns can unfailrly label you as problematic, and hard work often goes unrecognised.
