No proper recognition. Opportunities for growth up the ladder is very rare. Very poor employee retainment measures. Leaves permission etc completely dependent on how lucky you get with your department head. Salary and increment are definitely not sufficient for the work one puts in. Fee received from kids and relative teacher payment are miles apart. Most of the time when someone tries to leave,they do nearly nothing to stop them. Justvan eyewash hr talk is done to retain staff. Poor people management. Always understaffed and existing staff almost always need to take up extra work with no extra payment.
