The company has an excellent policy on financials towards its employees, we can learn as many good things in ITM

Dislikes

In our division, i didn't find anything which i was not unhappy, but overall in other division, i felt it was not headed by a good hand and couldn't see any growth stories in mere future

Work Details

It was really a good experience I was heading my division I was given full freedom to implement my ideas but I had a few disturbances from other division head i was not much bothered about it but still it was the main reason for me to exit.
