Some professors in the mining department are very approachable and friendly.

Dislikes

In terms of salary, it is inadequate. There are no opportunity for promotion in my job role, and job security is lacking. Work satisfaction is low due to lack of appreciation from professors and minimal prospects for career growth. Additionally, some staff and professors act with an inflated sense of self-importance and can be heartless, often mocking the struggles of others.

Dislikes

If your are research scholar, some babus do not respect you. If you are married, ensure you get accomodation within campus, else you will regret. If you are unmarried and leaving in Hostel (Hall for IIT KGP), you won't get good food to eat everyday (especially you won't get a normal roti, forget good roti). Male nurse @ Hospital.
