Nothing is good about this company. Company culture is pathetic.

Dislikes

Neither appreciations nor appraisal provided to the employees. All workforce is layed off and no settlements were given to the employees. All false commitment and assurance were made by the management that settlement will be provided. Salary is very less, no promotion, no job security. Everyday there is a threat of losing the job.

The company has the potential to grow but due to some old timer HR lady from Dubai seems to be a parasite to the company hitting onto all the talented people due to her insecurity of loosing the power to become the next CEO . God knows when the CEO will realise it.

Dislikes

CEO seems to be dumb believing in untalented, inexperienced and unethically political lady sitting in Dubai and slowly gulping the power and control by throwing out all knowledgeable people due to her constant ego clashes, ruthless behaviour , irrational behaviour, immaturity and insecurity issues .
