If you are looking for a good work culture and team, ICRI is the right company. It's the best place to learn and increase your skills since ICRI provide a lot of training to its employees. It's the best place for freshers to start their careers and learn and get better at their job. I rose to this position after 6 years of head work and is great to work here.

Dislikes

The leave policy needs an upgrade.

Likes

The onboarding at process at ICRI is great. this is my second job and the overall interview process was good. The manager was clear about what the company was looking for and my role in the job position. The company offers good work policies and perks including paid leave and team engagement. Looking forward to growing.
