Likes

Great learning experience as a chemical engineer about process design and development from inception to plant level. Good salary paid on time with good annual hike. Five days working provides work life balance.Working on weekends,if required,is compensated by compensatory leaves/leave encashment. Got an opportunity to travel overseas to customer site for supervision of installation. This gives me understanding of International Working....Read More

Dislikes

No pay on time, no work life balance, employee humiliation, no definite work, no planning. Employee considered as thief. Colleague are worst.
