HyreSnap is interesting org with multiple offerings, and has a nice culture with right blend of motivation and push to perform in respective roles. Team is very approachable and has a lot of opportunities to learn in cross domains if one is interested. Team recognises the effort and provide ample opportunities to perform in different projects.

Dislikes

Being in Product+Service domain especially in recruitment, sometimes the work does get stretched a bit, even if the team tries to accomodate for the same by right task distribution.

While working HyreSnap team, It's about self accountability. Learning curve is high and thus need dedication to work on the project given. Peer group is very helpful and approachable. Overall i enjoy every seconds of working with HyreSnap.

Dislikes

Particularly its a startup, So its about completing the work required, and not to wait for others to point out. It is difficult for a person who is coming from a orthodox MNCs working mindset, and trying to learn and upgrade.
