There are many young talents in the company hence it has a very dynamic and innovative work environment. As an HR I got to learn many new areas like payroll management, Hiring, employee Demand and Supply etc. I always have continuous discussion with management and hence I get to understand very clearly how the company is moving forward. This a great learning experience.

I got various types of development work which has definitely sharpened my technical and time management skills. They always encourage you to think out of the box. A very good thing is there is high emphasis on "Thank you" culture.
