Never seen such an incompetent Management who do things as per their fantasies. Spending crores in Renovating an Office where nobody visits yet avg hike YoY is subpar. HR leader busy playing politics and showing no interest as to why people are leaving the Organisation. CFO hardly talks or rather hardly anyone listens to him. Had noguts to say anything or take any decision. Sales Heads bullying Management so that they get what they want.
