Although Company is good with good policies company is going backwards due to some of the management. There are good amount of people who are working in this company for more than 8 years. I have seen few who are in this company for 10 or more years as well. They have found their comfort zone and are in the verge of destroying the company's image. Although company is good in some areas, because of this old management they are not achieving anything big. I don't say it is bad everywhere. In most companies experienced people stand as pillars but not in HMD Global. These long term employees rule the company as if it is a lazy government office. With uneven targets and an inefficient management which has no grip on geography and the data, the company is falling apart. Most of these management people rely on longterm working TMs, who inturn give mis information to the management targeting new comers inorder to save themselves. It's important for the management to have a grip on in own team without depending on long term employees.
