happy working with colugos most of them working from many years & hard working. comfortable with office timing, no work pressure.

Dislikes

salary hike must happen to every one at the same time, some getting in jan sep or aug. salary is getting delayed. There is no equality in the office who's working form many years, some peoples sees partiality. and some team members names have not included in any of the birthday party or celebration invitation. there is no sports or fun event were every employs can enjoy without any work mindset.

Likes

Being a Project Manager at HM Construction is a rewarding experience. I love the responsibility of leading projects from start to finish and ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget. The management is supportive, and the company culture encourages teamwork and innovation. I’ve had the chance to work on exciting and challenging projects, which has helped me grow professionally.

Dislikes

There’s nothing significant to complain about. The work environment is positive, and the company offers great support to complete tasks smoothly.
