happy working with colugos most of them working from many years & hard working. comfortable with office timing, no work pressure.

salary hike must happen to every one at the same time, some getting in jan sep or aug. salary is getting delayed. There is no equality in the office who's working form many years, some peoples sees partiality. and some team members names have not included in any of the birthday party or celebration invitation. there is no sports or fun event were every employs can enjoy without any work mindset.

Staff and other people are very kind and very supportive each and every one we can learn more knowledge here related to it sector

Their is no job guaranty, no improvement in salary, no benifits like esi pf they are moving now to that, no insurance for other benefits as a fresher you can come and learn and go

No PF , no satisfaction salary, no advance help, salary not on time ,lots of deduction in salary,no work process, bad management system If u work there u feel as a daily wages labour.
