EVERYTHING.... With capital letters. It's a sinking ship now. The head of institution is egoistic and pathetic. No value of human resource and constantly downgrade the teachers publicly. No value of extra work. No job security and no transparency towards leaves structure. One by one teachers leave and still the management does not get it the reason. Dislikes

Management is not employee friendly. They do not consider teachers as humans. Unrealistic deadlines, poor work environment, management is hostile, degrading appraisals, mandatory staybacks, no paid leaves, holidays mentioned are hardly given like second and fourth Saturdays are hardly given, micromanagement, classic case of over worked and under paid workforce, no paid maternity leaves
