Timely salary. Good delegation of authority.

Dislikes

I'll mannered management, financially unethical behavior.( paid 50 % salary for one complete FY during Covid. Refused to pay back balance. Extremely poor student quality with goons inside campus and regular police cases on campus. Employee security is a issue.
