1.Job security - I worked in Ludhiana region under north zone. where both Zonal head(Jaipal Singh) and regional head(Paras Verma) along with zonal head HR(Preetika Rohatgi) are poor in man management skill. They built pressure on employees to quit the job. Jaipal Singh(ZH) had no sense how to talk with the employees, he used abusivelanguage while talking with us. 2. Work culture - I better defined in above lines. Management - Lot of complaints has been written to top management against the name mentioned in above lines but top management doesn’t take any action. Employees lost their jobs just because of rude behaviour of ZH and his team. Company policies will be good if they remove the negative approachable managers from management....Read More

Zonal head north Jaipal Singh destroying the whole zone....If he continued in job I guaranteed he will destroy the whole company.
