Dislikes

There is not work life balance, they want you to work everytime and everywhere, even when you are sick. The managers dont have any humanity. Pay is okay, but appraisal is poor. They is no growth in the compnay even when you are investing 10 years in the company. I will not suggest anyone to join HDFC Credila. They want you to work minimum 10 hours a day. Your manager will call you an scold you if you will leave early....Read More
