Projects : projects with 2 month deadline it's hard to complete and you need to scratch your as_s to get things done and most of the projects are like this so work life balance is 0 here Again project timeline is less than you will get multiple managers for multiple project's and if manager is wrong your life will be hell Give diffrent technology and hire for other technology Since 2 month of projects manager will change frequently and latest manager don't consider your past experience and may give rating on th current scenario you have This is startup it's not stable experience people think twice or thrice before joining this They have 5 ratings below,meets below, meets,meets above and above . Since leadership has changed specially for QAs they just don't care about what skillset you are having,randomly maps to any project.Work life balance is worst. They have many policies but leadership themselves don't follow them. Leadership don't listen to suggestions of employees.It is getting worse day by day. When I have joined I have not heard name of the organisation but going through the reviews I got good impression of org and I have joined it.And initially I got mapped to good projects under good leaders but now as the leadership of QA community changed the are doing anything randomly.They don't have proper guidance for other QA s as well....Read More
