The location of the plant is a dis-advantage wrt approach to major cities, hospitals approaches, educational institutes etc., In fact, Premium educational institutes are not there but the area is under development. The corporate culture office working can be improved along with flexible working is one area of improvement. Uniformity everywhere probably is not required, but it can be based on need basis.
