If you join as a Senior Accountant, your manager will be the HR representative, who will collect information from you and present it to the management. However, the HR representative's salary will increase, while the Senior Accountant's salary increment will be very minimal. This disparity may lead to frustration, causing the Senior Accountant to resign voluntarily.

Your HR manager will not do any work, will spend time comfortably, and may cause you to lose your job by speaking negatively about you to the management. Therefore, it is advisable to stay away from the HR manager.
