GS1 India is a member organisation affiliated to GS1 Global, overseeing operations of over 115 member GS1 organisations worldwide. The organization focuses on enabling companies to enhance their supply chain performance and facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements on consumer safety through product authentication, track and trace, and product recalls using GS1 global standards. GS1 standards bridge the physical world with the digital world, enabling the management and communication of product data.
