There is nothing to like, but there is lot of scope to improve owner leadership style. he wants control on everyone.

Dislikes

There are many more things to dislike, -Work culture is very dangerous it feels like every minutes we are in under watch. -They Pressurized there employees, demotivated, and they feels us like unvalued even after working. -There is lack of system and process in office culture, unsupportive culture for growth and many more things.
