No job security as it's totally up to owners will who stays and who goes. Complete politics with regards to work load, no fixed working hours, demands and forces every employee to follow the social media page and click like and share even after the posts are too bad and non logical. No team hiring as per the requirement. Top management clearly show favoritism towards their relatives who happens to be employees as well, owner keeps a tap on everyone via CCTV camera as micromanaging everything ruins lot of potential staff. No ethics in terms for salary or benefits or employee leaves. HR policy are another gimic under which management exploit lot if things. It's a complete chaos with mismanagement. The owner is rich and just wants to show off rather than actually running an organisation. Treats employees like servent and keeps on blaming people when anything goes wrong and take the credits when anything is right and successful. I have 8 years of experience and never even I have felt so disgusting being a part of any organisation. I usually don't bad mouth any of my previous associations but this is beyond repair and everyone needs to know the truth....Read More
