The work life balance socks, despite women being the majority of work staff the work culture isn't good at all

It provides good work culture.

Dislikes

Monotonous work. Nothing new to learn and the appraisal criteria is too bad. Because you’ll have to wait for some other colleagues to leave the company and then you can get the appraisal that too the chances are very low.
